For a well-known American company, with an Italian headquarter located in Bologna, we are looking for a figure of Contract Administration Specialist.

The Italian company is part of a Group with over 10, 000 employees in Europe and one billion in turnover.

Responsible for the management of customer finance contracts

- Process requests received through the online system according to the defined rules and guidelines

- Obtain additional information if needed from dealer or end customer

- Manage that proper documentation is send out and all required signatures are in place

- Supervise development over the lifecycle of the contract

- Responsible for customers management

- Development of good relationships with dealers and MSCO staff

- Satisfy dealer/end customer requests according to company rules and guidelines and own possibilities

- Support Credit dept requests

- Perform other ad-hoc investigations and special projects as management may require from time to time.

In addition also act as back up for other positions within the Branch

**Competencies & Skills

- Commercial Education in Administration or Accounting

- Experience in finance business especially contract management

- **English Intermediate (B2)

**Experience

Several years of experience in AR/AP management in wholesale or finance business preferable in sales financing.
