Reports to: Engineering Director - AccessoriesLocation: Scandicci, Florence, Jimmy Choo FlorenceJob Purpose:The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the Engineering process by managing the flow of information to and from the JCF functions and external manufacturers and suppliers.

This position reports directly to the Engineering Director and involves daily activities within the Engineering Department. The individual will liaise with the RD Raw Material Department, Product Development, Production Department in JC Florence, and external manufacturers and suppliers. Main Responsibilities Include:Achieving and filing all necessary information for the engineering of each Collection. Providing JCF departments with the required engineering information. Supporting the Technical Team in their daily activities and addressing any engineering-related issues for each Collection. Maintaining frequent communication with all JCF suppliers. Managing Engineering timelines. Overseeing masters of Third Workmanship. Competencies and Experience Required:Accuracy and timekeeping in collecting and filing information. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of PLM systems. Personal Attributes:Rigorous and methodical. Product sensibility. Self-confident and punctual. Able to manage relationships in a high-demand environment. Capable of handling multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Background, Skills, and Experience:Information Technology (Microsoft Office). Fluent in Italian and English. Understanding of the luxury supply chain. Previous experience in managing the Engineering process. A degree in Fashion Management (preferable).
