Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified Great Place to Work in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Back Office Employee to join the Customer Experience, Resellers and Distributors team at Unox SpA.

Main activities: Ensure the accurate and timely issuance of various documents related to the Back Office process;Develop and update operating procedures and guidelines related to the Back Office process;Plan tasks and activities to achieve customer service performance indicators;Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and fax;Work with the Finance department to solve problems related to invoices and payments;Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure timely delivery of each order (prepare loading plans and shipping documents);Accurately maintain customer database, master records, and sales contract files. Requirements High school Diploma or graduate degree in Administration/Economics/Languages;Excellent knowledge of English and French or German Languages;Customer service orientation;Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
