Our Company is looking for a Back Office Intern to join the Commercial department and support the team in all back-office activities.

This is a curricular internship, you will respond to the General Manager and assist in all operational day to day activities and have a 360° vision on the full workings of a commercial office.

Main Tasks

- Manage all back-office activities

- Support in orders control during the buying

- Management and Control of all orders, sending confirmation orders.

- Creation of orders in excel formats and division by deliveries.

- Assist in dealing with urgent requests when required.

We offer a 6-month internship.

Working hours:

Full-time from Monday to Friday.

Profilo

Bachelor's degree in economics and commerce or similar, an excel master's degree or similarand excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required

Previous experience in a similar role.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, priority to second language speakers such as Korean or Slovenian.

Flexible, well organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines

Fast learner with the ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
