We are looking for a strongly motivated individual or recent graduate to join our Brooks Brothers team based in Milan as Back Office Intern.

**What you'll do**:

- Store allocation planning and execution

- Managing logistics inputs with a daily interaction among warehouses and merchandising, admin, operations, retail teams (orders, deliveries, shooting sample, stock movements etc.

)

- Checking the consistency of logistic inbounds with the clients/supplier invoices

- Identifying new procedures to improve and optimize processes

- Acting as a single point of contact for query resolution and follow up

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong Excel skills and willingness to develop further

- Strong analytical skills

- Good understanding of logistic processes, principles and systems

- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to plan, and prioritize working with stringent deadlines

- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and thrives in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment
