What you will do:

- Complying with all company, local, Italian accounting and financial regulations.

- Manage accounting operations.

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

- Ensure timely bank payments.

- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

- Issue documentations for supply chain process.

- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

- Manage virtual and physical inventory.

- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field.

- Previous work experience as an Accountant in Italy, Office Executive or similar fields.

- Strong knowledge of Italian bookkeeping systems and MS Office software.

- Working knowledge of CRM and WMS platforms.

- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.

- Advanced knowledge of financial and Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

- People oriented and results driven.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding attention to detail.

- High sense of urgency.

- The ability to work under severe pressure and to accept criticism.

- Capacity to have engaging conversations with sales and logistic teams.

- Advanced Italian, Professional English and Basic Spanish tongues.
