This position is a direct report to the Metal Hardware Engineer Manager, Shoes and will be involved with the daily activities of the Metal Hardware Dept. Main responsibilities include:Coding metal accessories in the PLM systemManaging and keeping updated the metal accessories sample ordersManaging the metal accessories master processAsking and archiving sample and production costs for all developmentsTaking care of the Metal Hardware physical archiveImproving and maintaining the digital archivePreparing and dispatching DHL shippingRequired skills:Degree in fashion school diploma/ economics in the fashion sector (product development or fashion management)Skilled use of the Office package (specifically Excel)Good knowledge of EnglishExcellent organization, precision and attention to detailDynamic and proactive work ethicPredisposition to team workingGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage prioritiesAdded values:Previous experience in the world of accessories / product developmentKnowledge of Adobe package and/or 3D graphics programs—At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
