Back Office Sales
He/she will be responsible for the existing customers and related order process, being part of a multinational organization with a high-quality standard of technology.
In detail:
ROLE:
- Full control of order-to-delivery (OTD) pipeline from order input till invoicing
- Ensuring excellent level of customer service for direct customers and intercompany colleagues globally
- Handling of customer claims and returns, per return policy
- Order fulfillment and allocation, and related daily collaboration with different Kemppi business units,
- production, procurement and warehouses
- Handling of customer and part related logistics data in ERP etc. relevant information system
- Continuous development of the OTD pipeline
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of customer sales orders, monitoring the order flow, upkeeping and developing of customer related instructions and processes
- Staying up-to-date with export and import regulations for required markets, ensuring correct documetation
- Acting as a main contact point for customers for any inquiries, and guiding these to the correct individuals
- Supporting sales&logistics coordinator colleagues globally with any requirements related to OTD-pipeline
- Ensuring efficient claim handling and material returns to achieve the best solution to the customer
- Communicating issues with relevant parties (production, procurement, warehouse) to find the root cause and corrective actions
- Communicating special orders of customers to relavant internal stakeholders to find reliable customer promise
- Communicating observed pain points in order fulfillment internally to find better solutions to speed up deliveries
- Ensuring goods are allocated as per internally defined rules in case of availability challenges
- Communicating any changes to customers
- Upkeeping customer OTD related data in relevant operating systems and isntructions document setting
- Updating part logístical data in co-operation with warehouse and production
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Supporting studies or some experience in sales and/or logistics
- Good IT skills: MS Office, use of CRM and ERP systems
- Fluent local and good English language, both written and spoken.
Other language skills are seen as a major benefit.
- Good communication and social skills
- Other appreciated competence areas:
- Ability to operate in a high pressure commercial environment
- Experience servicing customers within the industrial sector
- Experience in working in multicultural environment
