We are looking for a **Back Office Specialist Intern**, who, alongside the mentor, will support the team that deals with **Revenue Management.

**Revenues Finance Operations** aim on the achievement of quality, accuracy and timely delivery of Order to Cash process.

On details, is regarding all the transactional finance activities and KPIs analysis related to Revenue management: Sales Orders & Contracts mgmt, Licensing mgmt, Billing and Accounting Receivables, Sales and Clients support for F&A matters

After intensive training, the resource will have the opportunity to explore the following activities:

- monitoring sales orders, confirming accurate order details and ensure the customer data is complete and accurate;

- manage day by day order management and client billing;

- order management specialists verify the placed orders, ensuring its quality with group go to market policy and IFRS principles, before licenses shipment to avoid complaints and issues;

- classify bookings in renewals and new subscriptions in the ERP system;

- respond to inquiries from sales department and customers regarding orders status (backlog analysis);

- provide timely and accurate quotes to customers;

- support and Train sales in offering preparation amongst all product lines;

- analyse booking and backlog;

- develop and run reports, queries, and spreadsheets to support planning & control department analysis.

- A graduate student in economics;

- Preferable (brief) business experience in administrative/accounting area;

- Analytical skills, accuracy, reliability and results orientation complete the profile.

- Aptitude for teamwork, accuracy and proactivity.
