We are looking for a Backend Developer - Cloud Engineering to join our team. What you will do: As part of the Assist Digital Digital Factory, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, together with experienced Technical Architects, AI / Backend / Frontend Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, to contribute to delivering powered projects. Your responsibilities: You will participate in the design and development of enterprise web solutions by collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams, paying attention to the quality of the code. You will be personally involved in meetings with customers and will support the Project Manager in the technical management of the project. You will be asked to analyze the feasibility of new projects or new functionalities and to make any estimates of time and costs in collaboration with the reference project manager and with the other teams involved. You can propose, evaluate and adopt new technologies to maximize the efficiency of development. Who we are looking for: You have a degree in technical/scientific disciplines and have gained 3-5 years of experience in the role of ICT services companies where you participated in significant development projects, relating to one or more digital channels (web, mobile) and in various industries: Telco, Banking, Travel, Utility. 3 years of full-time development experience Excellent knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture Knowledge of AWS or at least one other cloud provider (i. e. , Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of Java and SpringBoot Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker) Knowledge of Code Repository and versioning system (preferably GitLab) Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools Fluency in English (both verbal and written) Team player with strong communication skills Nice to have: Knowledge of Kubernetes Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka Our offer: Hybrid Smart Working A growth path aimed at improving your professionalism Ticket Restaurant and Corporate welfare Flexible working hours Access to our corporate conventions Internal and external training programs with the possibility to achieve professional certifications according to the role (UX PM 1-2-3, Scrum Master…) Location: Rome, Naples, or Lecce JOIN US With a view to enhancing diversity and fighting for equal opportunities, this announcement is addressed to all candidates without any kind of discrimination.
