For Italian tech scale-up that develops a leading product at the European level in the sector, and is rapidly expanding internationally, we are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join the tech team.

Your Mission: Build and Scale: Help us scale our platform to impact millions more customers globally.

Own the User Experience: Take full ownership of our backend systems, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration of services.

Collaborate with Tribes: Work within a highly collaborative tribe model, teaming up with other developers and product teams to create a scalable, automated platform.

Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data to continuously improve the product and guide our roadmap.

What We're Looking For: Product Passion: You have a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems, especially for the users you serve.

Java Expert: Strong knowledge of backend development using Java, Spring Boot, or Grails, with experience in building RESTful APIs.

NoSQL Knowledge: Familiar with NoSQL databases and complex queries (e. g. , MongoDB, Cassandra).

Cloud Savvy: Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration principles.

Git Proficiency: Strong experience with version control using Git.

Bonus Skills: Scalability Expert: Experience building modular, scalable commercial software systems.

Messaging Systems: Familiar with services like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.

Microservices Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices-based architecture.

Frontend & Mobile Experience: Some knowledge of front-end and mobile frameworks (e. g. , Angular, Flutter).
