Backoffice Commercial
As a Sales Back Office , you will become part of the Sales department of Regas, at our strategic headquarter in Treviglio (BG) , located within STEP TECH PARK.
You will be inserted into an extremely dynamic, constantly evolving and innovation-oriented organization.

In detail, you can deal with :
Support the sales department in the operational management of customers, creating excellent relationships with them and managing and developing the relationship continuously improving customer satisfaction; Enter and manage orders and contracts received to system; Manage and update supplier qualifications on the portals of major customers; Prepare administrative documentation for participation in tenders; Support the sales department in the drafting of bills of exchange; Assemble the administrative, technical and economic documentation to complete the offer produced for participation in tenders; Verify the coherence of contracts and orders received with commercial agreements; Send the customer order confirmations and other documents in compliance with the terms of the contract; Request the approval to the invoicing to customers; Participation in trade fairs, conferences and similar events.
The requirements are as follows:
Preferable previous experience in commercial backoffice of 1/2 years; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong Customer Oriented approach; Excellent familiarity with PC, ERP management software and Salesforce; Precision, method and order; Determination and problem solving; It is preferable to speak English (B2) and will be considered a plus the knowledge of an additional foreign language (French and German in the first place).
