Backoffice Sales Administrator - Italy

We are looking for a full-time **Backoffice Sales Administrator** - **Italy** (M/F/d) located in **Bologna, Italy.
***Your tasks with us**:
- **Customer Interface**:
Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating communication between them and the EP organization.
- **Order Processing & Procurement**:
Manage customer orders and vehicle procurement, ensuring accurate and timely execution in the ERP system.
- **Dealer Network Coordination**:
Support the dealer network across Europe with a focus on Italy, assisting with dealer onboarding and acquisition.
- **Transport & Delivery Coordination**:
Plan and oversee truck deliveries in collaboration with logistics providers and internal teams.
- **Proactive Customer Support**:
Provide proactive customer communication, sharing updates on sales measures and promotions.
- **Sales Team Support**:
Assist the Sales Managers by preparing materials and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, knowledge in HubSpot is an advantage
- Experience in transport and logistics coordination is highly desirable, but not a must.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and maintain an overview in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with telephone communication and managing customer relationships across regions.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
