Backoffice Specialist
Qeeboo is seeking a Backoffice Specialist to join our team in Milan.
Key Responsibilities: B2C customer service: support clients and manage daily contacts to help with all the phases of the order cycle; B2B after sales: process inquiries or complaints by providing effective solutions and technical information; Reporting: constantly analyze and improve each customer request and create regular reports about the main attention areas of customer service.
Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in similar roles, ideally in the furniture/design industry; Strong customer empathy mindset, team working attitude and great communication skills; A results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets, thriving under pressure, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
A data-driven approach to decision-making is a key asset.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with self-motivation and a positive, proactive attitude.
