Votre missionOur client is the leader in the production, strictly made in Italy, of high-quality architectural lighting fittings. Focusing primarily on the OEM side of the lighting industry they have developed deep skills in R& D, engineering and product management and have created a massive production facility in Italy. The business is obviously important in Italy where is the cradle of our client and where its production is based.
The export business is increasing a lot, representing today around 70% of the global Turnover. France is currently one of the main countries and the time has come to think about a new organization in France with the recruitment of an Area Sales Manager, who will lead the business in France:
In this context, the main missions will be:
Definition and Implementation of a local business strategy:
Develop the budget and sales objectives in line with the global strategic plan (segmentation)Implement the commercial policyAnalyze the existing results and implement the right measures needed to achieve the results(contract, payment terms, etc.
)Customer relations and negotiation of commercial agreements:
Start and follow the current client portfolio and maintain a strong partnership (commodity and architectural lighting), Maintain strong relationship with key customers and distributors ( both OEM and architectural distributor) and identify new ones all over the country, Ensure the commercial negotiation with direct customers and distributors (price, logistics, payment terms, etc.
)Co-build a framework agreement with the clients, Identify, analyze, and convey the needs and expectations of customers, Ensure the follow-up and settlement of customer complaints, as the case may be with the support of the technical sales department Act as a direct representative of the company to clients (external image) and lobby indirect clients (prescription)Votre profilExperience:
Person coming from the Lighting sector with experience in the specification market (and ideally also in the commodity market)Medium commercial experience, (at least 5 years); Language:
Both French and Italian (or english) fluent; Localization:
finance & comptabilit, banque & assurance, sales & marketing, digital, IT, ressources humaines, juridique, achats & supply chain, ingnierie, immobilier & construction, conseil, life sciences, mdical & sant au travail.
