AMEX is seeking a Digital Performance Intern in our Milan office.

We are searching for a student interested in Media and in Online Advertising performance oriented who would like to work alongside our Acquisition Team.

This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide the intern with an excellent, hands-on introduction to a thriving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Projects

An intern will be offered an opportunity to be involved in meaningful work/projects, be exposed to daily team tasks such as media planning and monitoring, alignment meetings, cross teaM/Function appointments.

The intern will be introduced to useful tools and resources that will help the intern grow both professionally and personally.

He/She will be involved in projects that include supporting the Acquisition Team to reach prospects to convert in leads, the Intern will work to coordinate the external partners (media agency, creative agency, and key media players) and analyze performance data to improve results and achieve the monthly targets in terms of New Consumer Cards Acquired.

The intern also can support the creation of new and innovative projects with the aim to expand the media mix.

The intern will be included in the bank acquisition team, will have the opportunity to work closely with commercial accounts to learn how to set up and manage the relationship with a partner bank, as well as all the dynamics behind the creation of a partnership: negotiation, drafting and signing of a commercial contract, management of reporting, financial analysis on the sustainability of the acquisition campaigns, business analysis on the main metrics and recorded performances.

The intern will gain experience in the following areas:

- Set, implement acquisition campaigns.

- Coordinate feedback to creative agencies and internal stakeholders.

- Analyze reporting to identify and recommend improvements to digital acquisition.

- Execute insights & prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Manage third party agencies with a daily relationship to improve results.

- Monitor digital metrics and KPIs with pre

- and post-campaign analysis.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good level of Excel and PowerPoint.

- Teamwork.

- You're able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems.

- Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement; a go-getter Internet research and social media skills.
