- Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and financial regulations, industry trends, and market practices relevant to the energy and infrastructure sector.

- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate legal risks.

- Represent clients in negotiations, transactions, and dispute resolution proceedings related to banking and financial matters in the energy and infrastructure sector.

- Stay updated on developments in banking and financial law, energy regulations, and infrastructure policies to provide proactive and strategic legal advice to clients.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL. B. or equivalent) from a reputable institution; advanced degree (LL. M. or equivalent) preferred.

- Admission to the Italian Bar and in good standing with relevant legal authorities.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on banking and financial matters, preferably within the energy and infrastructure sector.

- Proven track record of handling complex banking and finance transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, and structured finance deals.

- In-depth knowledge of banking and financial regulations, energy laws, and infrastructure policies.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
