Banking Project Manager: For the expansion and strengthening of the staff at the Brescia office, TXT Novigo is looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a decisive role in guiding our fintech projects, managing teams and projects for the development of software and custom enterprise applications. Main responsibilities: Be in direct contact with the customer; Be responsible for supervising the projects throughout their life cycle; Be in charge of team coordination activities; Play an active role in the definition of project solutions; Required technical skills: Previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ICT companies; Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodology; Good level of written and spoken English; The ideal candidate is a teamwork-oriented person, able to emphatically communicate with and manage their team members.
