For the Milan office, we are looking for a Banking Transformation Consultant , with a focus on transformation projects in Wealth Management.

Degree and/or Master's in economics, Banking Sciences, Management Engineering 1-5 years of proven experience in complex projects related to the management of operational and business processes in Wealth and Asset Management; Ability to act autonomously on large delivery projects and experience in using tools to support PM activities Ability to relate and manage activities within complex teams, including cross-country, thanks to excellent relational skills Ability to understand Client needs and interface with them and other consulting firms, analyzing business requirements Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical ability Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
