**Location**:
This position is located at Aman Venice, Italy.
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Banqueting and Events Coordinator who will be responsible for the management and coordination of all the events of the hotel and will directly report to the Banqueting and Events Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in the planning, implementation and follow up for all special events and buyout
- Coordination of events' logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Event Riders
- Assisting the process of events' budget development and fulfilment
- Supervising vendors' activities with basic set up and dismantelling of set ups of events, coordinating activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rules
- Crisis management if necessary
- Responsible for administrative duties such as filing data entry, collecting data for periodical reporting and sales calls reports
- Work closely with Banqueting and Events Manager to fulfill internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals
- Represent and deliver excellence service in line with the organization's Brand
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the same role
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Excellent team worker and oriented to details
- Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Flexible to work on weekends or late nights
- Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to details
