Bar Assistant Na-01
Duties**:
- Sets up bars with beverages and condiments prior to opening the bar.
- Cleans equipment, glasses and utensils and the bar area on a continuing basis.
- Replenishes supplies as necessary and disposes of waste materials.
- Unloads and stacks supplies for storage.
- Prepares simple garnishes.

- Physical Effort: Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. Heavier items are moved with assistance or using loading equipment.
- Working Conditions: Work is primarily indoors. Exposed to cuts and bruises.
- Rotating schedule. Duty hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- In consideration of COVID-19, personnel within this area routinely wear personal protective equipment (cloth face coverings, latex gloves, and face shields) while performing their regular duties
**Qualifications**:
- No work experience required.
Skill and Knowledge:
Recognizes shortages of supplies and replaces them as necessary.
Ability to use knives and automatic slicers.
Able to serve simple drinks under the close guidance of the Bartender.
