MAD** - _Souls & Spirits_, one of the most vibrant and dynamic cocktail bar in Florence, is looking for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and guest-oriented Bar Manager, who will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities and assignments:

- Welcoming and listening to guests, determining their beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink orders;

- Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials;

- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages to guests;

- Handling cash, credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and balancing the cash register;

- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day:

- Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all glassware, prior to use;

- Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards;

- Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors;

- Collaboration: being able and willing to work as a team player.

**Skills

- Previous experience in a related position;

- Deep knowledge of traditional and trending Mixology;

- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;

- Able to work 5 days, 8 hours per week

- An excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills;

- Good knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry;

- Passion for the hospitality industry;

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & remain calm under pressure;

- Availability to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
