We are looking for a Barman Supervisor for the next season to join our bar team.

The Barman Supervisor will be in charge of the Pool Bar at Splendido, inaugurated in 2024.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Pool Bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to Belmond's high standards and procedures.

- Assist with service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning.

- Monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.

- Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.

- Support all other team members with the service.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and inquiries.

- Report to the Bar Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.

- Ability and willingness to work as a team player.

- Provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues.

- Treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background.

- Fluent in English and Italian.

- Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment.

- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.

- HACCP certification.
