YEZI Restaurant & Teahouse is bringing a social fine dining experience to art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio.

Our guests come to us for something that goes beyond their usual hotel expectations, and that's what you'll be deliver as one of our Barback.

Your approach to the job will be inspired by your authentic style and self – always ready with care and attention, a great recommendation, a tip that only you could give.

We're looking for passionate individuals to help us craft unforgettable moments through exceptional service, creativity, and attention to detail.

How you do it: - You'll keep our bar well-stocked and ready to go by maintaining our bar inventory, restocking supplies, from glassware to garnishes to napkins.

- You'll make sure we always have sufficient levels of alcohol, mixers and other essential ingredients available.

- You'll support our bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently during peak hours.

- You'll fetch and carry items as requested, keeping operations flowing smoothly.

- You'll keep our bar and storage areas clean and organised, including washing glassware and utensils, and dispose of rubbish.

- You'll polish glassware and make sure everything's spotless before use, handling it with great care to prevent breakage and maintain a high standard of presentation.

- You'll help the team in the maintenance of bar equipment, such as blenders, ice makers and draft beer systems.

- You'll take your cues from the guidance and instructions given by your leadership team.

What you bring: - You have high standards of customer service, always being attentive to guests' needs and finding ways to go above and beyond.

- You create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.

- You're quick to report any malfunctioning equipment.

- You're up to date on all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages, and stick to them carefully.

- You're knowledgeable about all our hotel policies and procedures related to responsible service of alcohol, following them at every shift.

- You're a great team player, working collaboratively with bartenders, waitstaff and kitchen staff to keep our workflow coordinated and efficient.

- You take part in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge and are always on the lookout for opportunities for professional growth within the hospitality industry.

We might also add other similar responsibilities on a temporary or permanent basis, depending on the needs of YEZI.
