POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Barman who has likely already worked in a similar position in the Hospitality sector and who will be actively part of the F&B Team by providing an excellent guest drinking experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for in house and external guests Interacting with customers and taking orders Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations Know how to answer the phone and properly take a Private Dining order Communicate with other servers or back servers to see if they need any help Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions Completing opening & closing responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS Need to be competent in the use of Micros Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful Good communication skills in Italian and English Excellent presentation and grooming standard #J-18808-Ljbffr
