We are looking for a Barman/Barlady to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Main duties & responsibilities: Bar Operations:  Fulfil the bar operations by assisting with service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning, according to Belmond policies, high standards, and procedures.

Guest Experience:  Monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.

Flawless Service:  Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.

Guest Relations:  Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:  Collaborate with other departments and the Butler to provide a service that anticipates and meets the guests' needs and desires.

Event Management:  Manage the bar service during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
