Bartender

We Require:

Knowledge of IBA classic cocktailsKnowledge of spirits and liqueursHour flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidaysExperience in mixing and ability to create signature cocktailsExperience in order taking and managementTeamwork and flexibilityExperience in cash handling and paymentJob Description:

Prepare cocktails according to specified recipes and using the correct measuring systemsOpen and serve bottles of wine/champagneTake orders and enter them into the systemProvide table serviceSet up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar counter and other work areasPrepare and garnish drinksWash and maintain glasswareCarry out orders and inventoriesProcess all payment methodsClose cashier's desk at end of shift and complete designated cashier's reportsComplete closing dutiesThe job offer is intended to refer to both sexes, with ready placement.
