The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

Each bartender's primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:CUSTOMER SERVICE:Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures. Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries. OPERATIONS AND STOCK:Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar. Monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required. Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. GENERAL:Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Bar Manager. Bring suggestions for improvement. Notify Head Barman any time a guest is not completely satisfied with their experience. Requirements:Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others. Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them. Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level, or background. Be capable of advising on best selling prices and review regularly according to the Bar Manager's instructions. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Previous de-luxe Hotel & bar experience in the same position. Fluent in English and Italian.

Third language preferred. Good product knowledge. Very presentable and well-groomed. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both with guests and colleagues. Detail and guest care oriented. Career oriented. Seasonal contract according to Italian law 'C. C. N. L.
