We are seeking a Bartender / Barwaiter / Barkeeper (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.

ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and acknowledging all Guests according to Hotel standardsAnticipating and addressing Guests' service needs not only to bar tables but also to rooms and suitesIssuing, opening and serving wine, champagne and soft drink bottlesPreparing and delivering the drink orders for Guests according to specified recipes and Hotels standards, using measuring systemsResponsible for setting up and cleaning of the Bar tables, surfaces, workplaces and any areas in compliance with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulationsDelivering and restocking flatware, food, ice and paper suppliesAnticipating and communicating replenishment needsSecuring liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areasProcessing all payment methodsAssuring professional and clean uniform and personal appearanceKeeping confidentiality of Guests´ informationComplying with the safety and security proceduresSignaling timely accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the Bar ManagerSynergical collaboration with the Bar team, guaranteeing that every order matches all the HACCP and Hotel standardsCooperating with the Pool Bar or the Restaurants when necessary and requiredPerforming other reasonable job duties as requested by Bar Manager. RequirementsHotel School diploma with high gradeMinimum 2 year work experience preferably at a high-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same roleItalian and English confidence are mandatory.

German language skills are also required (minimum B1)Cashiering experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsCustomer centricity, discretion, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a mustAvailability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidaysLegal right to work in ItalyBenefitsFull time and permanent labour contract according to C.
