Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Bartender to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the Deputy Outlet Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the beverage service in our lobby bar, The Living, and in the rooftop bar.

This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

The starting date is estimated in February.

What you'll do: Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.

Order, prepare, and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment, and working areas.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.

What you'll need: Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.

A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.

At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.

A safety-first approach.

Positive outlook and dependability.

Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
