For the upcoming opening of our outlets inside Palazzo Cordusio Gran Melià in Milan, Sunset Hospitality Group is looking for a Bartender.

**The Bartender will report to the Bar manager, main duties and responsibilities**:
- Ensure proper set-up of lounge & bar from beginning to end of shift;
- Stocks bar-stations with prescribed supplies;
- Maintain a knowledge of all food & beverage items served, inform customers about how items are prepared, what they contain, portion size, and prices;
- Make recommendations to customers and suggest menu items;
- Always exceed guest expectations, working to anticipate their needs;
- Follows company standards and maintains work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.

About you
**Qualification and expertise**:
- Experience gained in the role in hotels and/or restaurants;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Preferably professional qualification or hotel diploma;
- Enthusiasm, service orientation, flexibility and adaptability;
- Languages required: Italian and English.
**- Chef de Rang

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Have a good understanding of the outlet's concept and food and beverage offerings and be able to verbally explain those to guests;
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests;
- Assist customers in selecting wines and make recommendations based on their preferences;
- Ensure that the restaurant is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service;
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices;
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of order.

The Chef de Partie will report to the Head Chef.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Supervise the assigned kitchen section and cooperate with the other sections within the kitchen;
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques;
- Encourage proactive, efficient and effective inter-departmental communication within and beyond the Food and Beverage division in order to promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm;
- Ensure that all fridges and/or freezers within the kitchen is kept tidy and organized at all times;
- Regularly monitor core temperatures and HACCP procedures;
- Ensure that the section is properly organized before service and clean and tidy after each service.
