Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team.

As a bartender, you will work in our 3 outlets bar to ensure excellent service to our guests, working with the team in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures.

You will be often tasked with creating and recommending signature cocktails, so creativity and a passion for mixology are required qualities.

You will help to develop a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.

Responsibilities and duties: You will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner according to Reschio recipes and standards;You will anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and guests service;You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment;You will monitor and manage inventory levels;You will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations;You will ensure effective communication between the team, in compliance with our current procedures;You will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues;You will support the positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team, spreading the culture of proactive teamwork among company departments;You will collect all materials needed from the warehouse in accordance with the instructions received;You will meticulously fulfill the handover to the colleague responsible for the next shift;At the end of each shift, will check that the offices have been securely locked;You will check the correct use and upkeep of the equipment and materials supplied;You will implement all the information shared during training.
