**Who we are looking for

- For our Operation division of the BasicItalia Group company we are looking for a Hardware Technician to join the BasicNet Group. The individual will be included in the team in order to provide support in the continuous updating of the functional information system in the pursuit of increasing efficiency in the management of the service itself.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- High school diploma or participation in specific technical courses;

- Advanced computer hardware knowledge;

- Previous experience in IT field appreciated;

- Excellent level of both spoken and written English (B2-C1);

- Availability to work shifts on Saturdays and business travel.

**Key responsabilities

- Help Desk Management;

- computer system upgrade;

- ongoing technical assistance;

- network system management (router, switch).

At the end of the internship, if successful, there will be a direct placement in the company.
