Who we are looking for We are looking for a resource who will manage the technical IT assistance for users remotely and on-site, at the company headquarters. In addition, he/she will provide support in the continuous updating of the information system, in order to improve the management of the service itself.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required IT high school diploma or participation in specific technical courses;Proficiency in both Italian and English;Knowledge of computer hardware;Previous experience in the IT sector in the same tasks;Knowledge of spoken and written English (B2);Key responsibilities Hardware and software configuration for PCs, printers, VoIP telephones, smartphones;Management and monitoring of user requests, remotely and on-site, via Help Desk ticketing system;PC preparation/installation/upgrades/licenses/hardware parts replacement;Technical troubleshooting and support, device management and their functionalities (Printers/Wi-Fi/PCs/Projectors);IT supplier administrative management (quotations and orders);We offer a fixed term contract for covering a maternity leave.
