**Who we are looking for

- We are looking for a resource to join the BasicNet Group HR office as HR Business Support. The intern will support the HR business process supervisor related to corporate business goal setting and labor costs.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Law, Engineering or related field;

- Master's degree in Human Resources preferred;

- Good knowledge of the Office package and in particular Excel and PowerPoint;

- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (at least a B2 level), other languages will be considered a plus;

- Analytical mindset and approach to analyzing numbers;

- Proactivity, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

**Key responsabilities

- budgeting and labor cost control;

- KPI analysis related to the life cycle of employees in the company (vacation, absenteeism, leave, turnover);

- organisation chart monitoring of the corporate structure;

- coordination of foreign companies;

- support for personnel administration activities;

- monitoring of internal management data.
