Battery Engineer (F/M/D)
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Create project scopes together with Niels, R&D and Inventor
Develop functioning prototypes, incl.
estimating costs and managing the budget, sourcing and ordering of test materials, verifying the prototype via testing, ensuring certification and creating the IP
Take over the management and close collaboration of our technology partnerships
Document all processes
Contribute to the achievement and improvement of our sustainability goals
Must have's:
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
2+ years experience with battery related technologies
Interest in sustainability and circular economy
Very good written and spoken English skills
Relationship management
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Ability to think ahead, critically and problem solution oriented
Ability to make things happen while being organized
Hands-on mentality, dedication, initiative and flexibility
Independent and reliable work Importante Azienda with attention to detail and diligence
Nice tohave's:
Knowledge of or experience with alternative battery chemistry
Existing battery research network (e. g.
battery experts)
Good written and spoken German skills
Knowledge of and/or experience with sustainability and/or circular economy
