Our goal is to provide the best customer support for BYD's PV battery systems ("BYD Battery-Box").

For us, customer support consists of two elements: technical after-sales service and customer trainings.

**Tasks**:

- Analysis and identification of error patterns.

Independent processing of tickets

- Deliver presentations online (webinars) from home

- Deliver presentations offline in front of public audience (e. g fairs, exhibitions, live trainings)

**Profile**:

- A passion for customer satisfaction and quality awareness

- Good communication skills, positive attitude

- General technical understanding

- Very good knowledge of German & Italian & English (the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics and in some cases a strong dialect)

- Working model: Mixture of home office & travelling (e. g fairs, exhibitions)
