ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing the regional annual sales plan.
Undertake personal annual sales goals and formulate action plans. Responsible for business development in Spain and peripheral markets.
Identify business opportunities and recognize the reliability and maturity of business opportunities. Coordinate with Commercial, Technical, Wind Resources, Procurement, and Construction departments to prepare customer-oriented value-based solutions, proposals, and pricing. Organize solution and proposal clarification meetings with customers and regularly follow up on customer feedback and progress. Manage the project's progress and adjust the negotiation strategy at the right time during the negotiation process.
Ensure to efficiently close sales transactions, including passage through various gate stages of the sales process. RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, mechanical and electrical engineering or related majors. 3 years of international sales experience in wind power or new energy industry. Proven customer relations, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to perform under high pressure and changing work environment. Good communication and collaboration abilities, internal and external resource coordination. Proficiency in English and Italian, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
