Job Description Summary**: As Sales Representative North-west, reporting to our Regional Retail Sales Leader, you will work closely to the Regional Sales leader and to Marketing and Sales team, developing tactical sales plan and acting proactively to maximize capital orders and revenues, according to the quarterly and agreed sales targets.
The territory to cover will be the regions of: Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Liguria.

**About the role**:
As Sales Representative North-west, reporting to our Regional Retail Sales Leader, you will work closely to the Regional Sales leader and to Marketing and Sales team, developing tactical sales plan and acting proactively to improve capital orders and revenues, according to the quarterly and agreed sales targets.
The territory to cover will be: Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Liguria.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
Develop commercial strategic and topic activities on field to improve sales orders and revenues on the geographical area, according to sales targets.
**Duties / Accountabilities**:
- Reach and overcome sales and revenues target
- Put in action activities for an active customer acquisition
- Active project acquisition at existing customer sites
- Weekly update of BD's MS365 CRM system with all new leads and selling activity associated with progressing existing leads.
- The origin of all non-marketing **new leads & opportunities** must be accurately recorded within the CRM
- Mandatory management of you pipeline funnel within BD's MS365 CRM system, to be reviewed on a monthly basis with your local sales leader.
- Active support in receivables collection for related customers in case of open and unpaid invoices
- Passive customer management in case of Service problems and/or product problems
- Preparation and participation of monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Create, develop and maintain business critical relationships to customer associations, partners and other market relevant companies within the defined sales territory and market
- Initiate, plan and support actively regional and nationwide customer sales events
- Participation of trade shows with the defined sales market and customer segment
**About you**:
Highly motivated and action-orientated, with well-developed business acumen, readily able to work both individually and as one of a team.
Highly customer-centric.
You'll also bring:
- High-school bachelor or a business degree
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, experience in selling complex solutions to B2B customer is a recommended plus
- Ability to understand and manage customer expectations, translating it in projects
- Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change
- Pharmaceutical business knowledge is an advantage
- Coming from multinational contest is an advantage
- Full Driving license
- English knowledge B2 level is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
- Computer literate
- ideally based /residency in Piedmont (Piemonte region)
