Job Responsibilities Take charge of the business plan making, and management of the commercial activities of business development in the region. Conduct in-depth market research on industrial connector products, understand market demands and competitors' situations, providing solution to meet customer's request. Define the brand position and customer's group, collaborate closely with the team to ensure products are delivered on time and meet market requirements. Keep relationship with customers and increase the relationship with potential customers, quick response on customers support needs. Develop product pricing and sales strategies, assist the sales team in achieving sales targets. Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service, collect user feedback, and continuously optimize products and service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as electronics, communication, or machinery. Over 5 years experience in industrial connectors and automation field, with a good understanding of the local industrial connector market, clients and collaboration method, could lead the sales on business developing. Have excellent market analysis and BD strategy making capabilities, and be able to accurately grasp market demands and trends. Possess strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to effectively cooperate with different departments. Have good project management skills to ensure the on-time delivery of products. Be proficient in using office software and have good document-writing skills. Living in Emilia-Romagna or could accept frequently business trip to this region. English can be the working language.
