Job Description
What You will be Doing: Supporting team members in managing real estate commercial operations for the Office Leasing Market; Preparing presentations (pitch, agency opinions, commercial analysis) and market reports; Keeping contacts with private and international Landlord; Management of reporting and asset promotion activities; Providing support in all stages of negotiations with Tenants; Maintenance and implementation of Colliers Italia relationship network with its partners and competitors.
Qualifications
What You Bring: 3/5 years in the agency field in the real estate industry with particular reference to the Office market; Degree in Economics (preference) or Engineering/Architecture. Master in Real Estate a plus; Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of financial analysis;.
