He/her create a warm and welcoming environment for guests and acts as a hotel ambassador from the moment guests arrive at the beach club/boat until they depart.

Her/His warm welcome needs to set the standards for unforgivable experience for our guests.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

**Provide information on hotel services**: restaurant, bars, wellness centre, baby sitting, etc; and assist Guests with booking;

Assist/ensure Guests courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards;

Learns guests' preferences and use them throughout their stay to tailor their experience;

Anticipate Guests' needs;

Ensures that work station is clean at all the times;

Ensure all beach/boat furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned;

Work closely with colleagues of other Department providing assistance.

**Requirements**:

**Experience and skills required**:

Fluent in English

Outstanding communication skills, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written; Use and interpret non-verbal behavior's to enhance understanding.

**Emotional intelligence**: take on challenges in a confident manner and use emotional skills to identify problems and resolve them.

Seek feedback about own performance to enhance self-awareness.
