Join us and DARE to be entrepreneurs of beauty!PURPOSE OF THE JOBReporting to our Counter Coordinator in La Rinascente – Milano Duomo, the chosen candidate will oversee the following activities:RESPONSIBILITIESManage Sell-Out of products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole customer experience applying and respecting our selling ceremonyAchieve sell out targets on a monthly basisEducate customers on Givenchy products and brandSupport in merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelinesManage products display according to novelties launches planogramsMonitor stock levels and report any issues to your supervisorConduct assigned operational and administrative tasksEstablish a strong relationship with retailersBuild brand loyalty among our customers, and enrich our CRM databasePROFILEPrevious professional retail experience in make-up and fragrancesMUA certificate or equivalentDeep knowledge of beauty products: Make Up, Fragrance, SkincareProficient in English, additional languages are considered a plusPassionate about customer service and the beauty industryResult-oriented and with excellent selling skillsCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art.
