YOUR MISSIONYour main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.

You sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale applying and respecting the Dior Art of SellingYou achieve sell out targets on a monthly basisYou educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brandYou participate in merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelinesYou participate in displaying products according to novelties launches & planogramsYou participate in monitoring stock levels and report any issues to your supervisorYou conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasksYou establish a strong relationship with retailersYou promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleaguesYou are available to travel and support different point of salesWHO YOU ARE - RequirementsProfessional retail experience in make-up and/or service industry, ideally in the luxuryBeautician certificate or equivalentDeep knowledge of beauty products: Fragrance, skincare and make upProficient in EnglishPassionate about customer service and beauty industryResult oriented and with excellent selling skillsTeam playerAvailable to work on different shiftsWHAT CAN WE OFFER?
