**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1)

- Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints

- Providing excellent solutions, and service

- Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner

- ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries or refunds)

- Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives or product specifics)

- Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches)

- HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions)

**Requirements**:

**What do you need to be successful at this job?

- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Italian**:

- Availability to work in rotating shifts;

- Experience / Interest in Cosmetics will be a plus

- Experience in Customer Service

- High School Diploma

- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

**Recruitment process

Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Porto.

You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
