As a BBS intern you will join the Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) team and support your colleagues in activities like:Analyze and manage BBS data in the systemSupport the main actors of the BBS process in the implementation of operational activities (observation, feedback and management of the meeting)Plan and facilitate the rotation of people in the various operational roles of the organization (observers, leaders and/or site BBS reference)Participate in periodic alignment meetings on activities and animate the discussionRisks evaluation within EssilorLuxottica production plantsManagement of technical training about EHSBBS EHS reportingPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou know you are a EssilorLuxottican when:You do not see problems, you just see solutionsYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou are a team player, capable of listening and creating solid bonds with peopleYou have achieved/are going to achieve a Degree in Sociology (or similar), Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques (or similar), Environmental EngineeringYou believe that without your team nothing is possibleYou are curious, proactive and flexible!Fluent English (nice to have)WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
