Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesGreeting guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanorOffering assistance and providing information about the hotel's facilities and servicesAssisting guests with the transportation of luggage to and from their roomsSafely handling and transporting guest belongings with careAssisting guests with parking and retrieving their vehiclesEscorting guests to their rooms and explaining the features of the room and hotelOffering assistance with directions and local informationMonitoring and ensuring the security of the lobby and entranceCollaborating with the front desk and other departments to provide seamless serviceCore CompetenciesFluent in English & Italian is a must2+ years of hospitality experienceCollaborative and communicates well and accomplish tasks efficientlyMust be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in generalStrong communication and management skills.
