Job Overview**:

Bell Persons ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards.

Performs the responsibilities of his position and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guest/visitors.

Transports guest luggage to/from guestrooms.

Through knowledge of all Hotel Services, Hours of Operation, Guestroom Features and Amenities.

Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through throughout their stay.

Key person to provide Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell.
