Job descriptionWe are looking for a BESS Project Development Manager with more than 6 years of experience who will be responsible for providing technical support in analyzing renewable energies opportunities and origination processes, as well as supporting the company closing the financing of their projects. Key Responsabilities:Leadership of the BESS TD team. Technical support during growth strategies definition in different European countries and for funnel/portfolio preservation. Oversee and make sure the correct implementation of the growth strategies with the different internal stakeholders. Technical support to BESS projects from origination to Ready to build, including, but not limited to, site assessment, design, production, capex estimation, interconnection verification, project schedule, risk matrix, etc. Organization and preparation of internal approval processes, coordinating with origination and Storage team, and the rest of the internal teams involved – his/her team acting as the project managers of the projects until handover to Business Development Project Managers. Coordination of the hand over process to the Business Development Project Managers of the projects. Budget Control: Manage project costs and budgets. Stakeholder engagement: Interfacing with different stakeholders to discuss results and risk mitigation from Enfinity analysis phase. Qualifications:Work experience as developer / engineering consultant in the BESS industry (desirably in the Italian market). Good knowledge of the permitting and planning regulation in greenfield projects.

BESS experience desirable. Advanced English & Italian level (both written and oral). Ability to write technical reports in English. Experience in using MS package including MS Project.
