We are looking for a BI and AI Specialist. The objective of the position is to manage BI, Advanced Analytics, AI and ML services throughout their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will be: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions Create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis Create visualizations and reports for requested projects Develop and update technical documentation User Training and support: deliver training sessions and support users Implement and maintain AI and machine learning models to enhance data analysis and business intelligence capabilities Stay updated with the latest AI and ML technologies and integrate them into existing BI solutions To be successful in this role you'll need to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3 to 5 years of working experience Proficiency in BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e. g. , SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R Understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch) Knowledge of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques Proven track record of delivering BI solutions that drive business value Experience with AI and machine learning projects Fluency both in Italian and English Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Capability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
